Position Title: IT Assets and Access Coordinator

Reports To: Company Owner & President and Manager, Condominium & Office Operations Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient IT Assets and Access Coordinator to join our in-house IT Team.

The IT Assets and Access Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all company technology assets, managing user access and permissions, and supporting staff with office equipment and technology-related concerns. This role ensures that all hardware, software, and systems are properly tracked, maintained, and accessible to authorized personnel in a secure and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and network devices.
  • Provide desktop support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Manage user permissions, access levels, and credentials across all systems and databases.
  • Coordinate setup and onboarding of technology for new employees, including workstations and software access.
  • Respond to office equipment and technology-related issues, providing troubleshooting or coordinating service as required.
  • Track and manage equipment lifecycle, including deployment, replacement, and disposal.
  • Maintain and update internal IT databases and access logs.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers for repairs, equipment purchases, and system support.
  • Assist with system updates, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to IT operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, databases, and system administration tools.
  • Experience with Condo Manager or similar property management software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of User access controls and cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
