Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble poke bowls and other menu items with precision and care, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
  • Handle food items with care, following proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently.
