What You'll Do;

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers gear up for game day. Whether they're just starting out or chasing a championship, you'll help athletes of all levels find the right fit through knowledgeable recommendations and expert service, so they can step onto the field, court, or rink with the confidence to play their best.

  • Greet every customer with enthusiasm and personalized service and go the extra mile to create memorable customer experiences with expert recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to a team environment that values hustle, support, and shared success.
  • Deliver a complete in-store experience, including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory control.
  • Stay in the game with regular product training and insights to remain a trusted resource for players, coaches, and families.
