JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will have the opportunity to work on and support our team with a range of exciting projects. This role supports strategic initiatives by providing analytical, project, and stakeholder support under the guidance of senior leaders. It offers exposure to enterprise-level strategy while focusing on execution, analysis, and learning. Responsibilities will be matched with assigned projects (the following are some examples):

  • Strategic Project Support
  • Assist in gathering inputs and supporting leadership in defining objectives, scope, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
  • Structure complex problems into clear, actionable components and develop frameworks for analysis under guidance of senior team members
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform project decisions.
  • Support analysis and help summarize findings into clear and fact-based insights for decision-making
  • Critical Thinking & Solution Design
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate business challenges, identify root causes, and support the development of solution options.
  • Assess trade-offs and risks to inform recommendations and ensure feasibility.
  • Business Case Development
  • Assist in preparing business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, and resource requirements under the direction of senior team members.
  • Support developing recommendations with clear rationale and related evidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Co-ordinate with teams across Finance, Operations, Digital, and other functions to support alignment and delivery.
  • Support developing materials for workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather input.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring
  • Support project teams in problem-solving and decision-making during execution phases.
  • Provide analytical inputs to address challenges and maintain momentum.
  • Support coordination of project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Track progress, flag risks, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Prepare working-level and executive-level presentations and reports that clearly articulate insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to support informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency
  • Research and share best practices and lessons learned across projects to strengthen team capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Bachelor's degree in business management, Economics, Data Analysis, or related field. MBA or progress toward an advanced degree is a plus.

Ø Demonstrated working experience in business analysis, strategy, or project-based roles of at least two-three years as a Business Analyst in similar industry (healthcare).

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Ø Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Ø Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across departments.

Ø Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across a variety of projects and business areas.

Ø Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
