Our WINNIPEG BRANCH has an exciting opportunity for a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join our team

What You Will Do:

The Service Administrator manages front-line customer service for the service shop, handling vehicle check-ins, invoicing, customer communication, and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth service department operations. You will work with your team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

  • Greet customers promptly and address their inquiries
  • Provide regular updates regarding work orders
  • Process all work orders, purchase orders, warranty claims and updated customer files
  • Communicate with the Service Manager, vendors and technicians to provide accurate customer information
  • Process AR/AP payments related to the service shop
  • Complete daily cash reports for the branch
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Require:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Previous experience with handling cash transactions is preferred
  • Basic understanding of service shop procedures and repair times is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements: Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds from floor to waist, frequently sitting, standing, and walking inside the branch
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, with a commitment to safety excellence
  • Able to coordinate and organize multiple customer accounts and service calendars
  • Comfortable with quickly managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
