About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Manager of Product Management to lead the development and lifecycle management of our Hybrid Cloud Managed Services portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, customer experience, and service innovation.
You will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving roadmap execution, and collaborating across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver differentiated managed services that span public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
What you'll be doing:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for hybrid cloud managed services, aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that drive customer value and business outcomes.
Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable service delivery.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
Customer & Market Insights
- Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to gather insights and validate product direction.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Innovation & Differentiation
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI Ops, FinOps, edge computing) into the managed services portfolio.
- Champion automation, observability, and self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience.
Your skills & experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise IT.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, including public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), private cloud, and virtualization platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B technology products or services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and service management frameworks.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization, security, and compliance.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
