What You'll Do
- Work at different stations during the grinding stage of production.
- Transfer meat to the line and load it into grinders.
- Operate and maintain machinery to grind meat according to precise recipes.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Verify product information for accuracy and completeness.
- Keep your work area and equipment clean by following proper procedures.
- Follow all health and safety rules and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working with raw meat products.
- Physically fit: able to stand for 8+ hours and lift 35–50 lbs.
- Able to work in cool/cold environments.
- Reliable transportation (location is not near public transit).
- Flexible with early start times.
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus
