Job Purpose

  • The Lot Maintenance Associate is responsible for general maintenance of the lot. They make the business look appealing, neat and clean. They will also be responsible for supporting the Shipping Receiving Department when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the RV lot, including sweeping, debris removal, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Move, park, and position RVs safely and accurately as directed by management or the sales team.
  • Wash, clean, and prep RVs for display, customer delivery, and photos.
  • Inspect units on the lot for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns, and report issues promptly.
  • Ensure all inventory is properly tagged, locked, and presented according to dealership standards.
  • Perform snow removal and salting around the yard during winter months.
  • Conduct general maintenance of the pavement, including patching, debris clearing, and monitoring for hazards.
  • Assist with seasonal upkeep such as lawn care, weed control, and general exterior maintenance.
  • Support the service and sales departments with additional tasks such as staging RVs, delivering supplies, or organizing equipment.
  • Follow all company policies, including Health and Safety procedures, and use proper equipment and PPE when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate and maneuver large vehicles such as RVs and trailers (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction effectively.
  • Previous lot or maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position requires working outdoors for a significant portion of the day and is therefore exposed to all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
