Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue and pipeline goals for a portfolio of healthcare-focused cybersecurity partners.
- Develop joint business plans with partners.
- Coach partner sellers and SEs on cloud workload protection, XDR, and data-loss-prevention solutions that address clinical workflows.
- Drive revenue growth through collaborative marketing initiatives, including online seminars, in-person events, and industry conferences, with a focus on measuring campaign effectiveness using partner dashboards and customer relationship management tools.
- Provide high-level counsel to executive leadership on the latest cyber risks, cutting-edge security models, and top-tier strategies for minimizing vulnerabilities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, deal registration hygiene, and quarterly business reviews to ensure predictable growth.
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer-success teams to influence roadmap and deliver world-class partner experiences.
What You Bring
- 7 + years of channel sales or account-management success in cybersecurity or adjacent SaaS; at least 3 years aligned to healthcare customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar ARR quotas through reseller, distributor, or MSP ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare procurement cycles, privacy legislation, and accreditation bodies.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based marketplaces, co-marketing fund planning, and sales forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or relevant professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30 % across Canada and occasional North-American industry events.
