Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help facilitate effective communication between customers and our service technicians, enhancing the overall service experience.

Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
  • Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to address customer concerns.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of service orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with mechanics to communicate customer requirements effectively and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Experience

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
