We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Car Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers both in person and via phone to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up communication.
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to persuade customers towards purchase decisions.
- Upsell additional services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities.
- Manage B2B relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions for fleet or bulk purchases.
- Maintain organised records of all customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
- Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance and market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales is highly desirable.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques is preferred.
