Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedLight Duty Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

  • English Required
  • 7 months to 1 year cleaning experience or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  • No degree or certificate required
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working.
