  • Contribute to technical detailing for building envelope, structural systems, and interiors
  • Attend site reviews and project meetings as required
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation and proactive communication across project teams
  • Apply working knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements throughout project delivery

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience within architectural firms
  • Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed drawing sets
  • Experience on multifamily residential, commercial, civic, or community projects
  • Solid technical understanding of wood frame and concrete construction
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Organized, reliable, and collaborative with a long term mindset

  • A stable, collaborative studio with long term career potential
  • Exposure to documentation, site visits, and contract administration across residential, commercial, civic, and community projects
  • Supportive leadership and a people first studio culture
  • Meaningful responsibility and room to grow professionally within the firm
