At Window Restoration Experts (WRE), we specialize in bringing life back to existing windows and doors through expert restoration, saving homeowners up to 70% compared to full replacements.

Our services include foggy glass replacements, hardware repairs, caulking and resealing, and full window and door restorations.

We're a rapidly growing, purpose-driven company built on craftsmanship, transparency, and care for our clients.

Now, we're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Quoting Specialist to join our team part-time to support our quoting and operations department.

---About the Role---

As our Quoting Specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing and managing accurate client quotes using our internal systems (Jobber, WRE Glass Calculator, and WRE Job Calculator).

You'll work directly with the operations and field teams to ensure that every quote is properly calculated, documented, and formatted according to WRE's SOP standards.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, strong with numbers, and loves turning organized data into professional, client-ready proposals.

---Key Responsibilities---

  • Review technician assessment notes in Jobber and translate them into detailed, client-ready quotes
  • Input data into the WRE Glass Calculator and WRE Job Calculator to generate accurate costs and margins
  • Apply WRE's pricing SOPs, including materials, labour, overhead, and profit margins
  • Format final quotes for clients, ensuring correct fine print and deposit details are included
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Admin team to confirm project details and scheduling readiness
  • Maintain organized digital records for all quotes and ensure revisions are tracked
  • Use ChatGPT and Google Sheets as support tools for formatting and calculations when needed

---Qualifications---

- 1–2 years of experience in estimating, quoting, or administrative support (preferably in construction, glass, windows/doors, or restoration)

- Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data entry

- Detail-oriented and accurate with measurements, calculations, and data

- Strong written communication and organizational skills

- Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM software (an asset, but training provided)

- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work both independently and collaboratively
