What You'll Do

You'll split your time between hands-on technical delivery (≈50%) and solution design/presales — working directly with customers and partners to build modern, resilient infrastructure environments.

Your Responsibilities

Billable Work (≈50%)

  • Lead deployments and migrations, primarily in Nutanix environments
  • Deliver Backup & Recovery, DR, and Networking projects for diverse clients
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for reliability and security

Technical Presales & Architecture

  • Collaborate with clients and the sales team to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Design proposals, SOWs, and quotes with vendors and partners (Nutanix, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.)
  • Support Reliant's our client infrastructure lifecycle: Architect → Design → Deploy → Support
  • Maintain or pursue certifications in Nutanix, Pure, VMware, Object First, Cohesity, Fortinet, Cisco

Customer & Internal Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor for client infrastructure and cloud strategy
  • Provide ongoing client support and technical consultation
  • Manage Reliant's internal Microsoft 365 environment
  • Offer internal technical guidance and best-practice leadership

What You Bring

  • 10–15+ years in IT Infrastructure, with hands-on expertise in hybrid cloud and virtualization
  • Deep experience with Nutanix, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft 365
  • Strong architectural, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • A mindset for continuous learning and certification growth
