Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Professional and Keyholder to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve outstanding performance in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, along with a strong background in retail management and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient merchandising.
  • Oversee daily operations including cashiering, payroll, and budgeting tasks.
  • Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and effective communication.
  • Supervise shift management to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and drive sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, employee performance, and inventory levels.

Experience

Candidates should have a proven track record in retail sales management or a related field. The following skills are essential for success in this role:

  • Strong negotiation abilities and experience in employee recruitment and interviewing.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Experience in managing teams, including supervising staff and training new employees.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices and retail operations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
