Position: Retail Sales Associate Keyholder and Supervisor Trainee

Wage: $ $20.95 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-Time hours per week)

Location: 2392 Ospika Blvd S, Prince George, BC

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for our customers – greeting them with a smile and helping them find the products they need.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, receiving orders, and maintaining the website.
  • Grow your skills through training and development programs that will set you up for success.
  • Contribute to a team environment, working together to achieve common goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of retail experience in a Keyholder role or a similar customer service position.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20kg.
  • Pet ownership or experience with animals (especially pets, horses, or farm animals) is a plus.
  • Website Editing experience is an asset, but not required.
  • A strong willingness to learn about animal products and nutrition
