Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Chilliwack, at the Salish Plaza Location as a Keyholder.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver high-quality service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects brand standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere.

Knowledge requirements, skills and/or abilities

  • Experience with cash handling and cashiering processes.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift boxes from 25 to 45lbs and comfortable with the use of ladders on the sales floor and stockroom.
  • A willingness to grow your leadership skills.
