Job Summary About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, intelligent, and reliable individual who can efficiently handle a wide range of responsibilities as both a Personal Assistant and Live-In Caregiver. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable, and capable of managing household and administrative tasks with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.
  • Organize documents, handle correspondence, and assist with personal or business errands.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support daily planning, travel arrangements, and coordination of activities.

Household / Live-in-Caregiver Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment.
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping.
  • Ensure household supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Support general well-being and daily routines of the household.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience as a live-in-caregiver, personal assistant is an asset.
  • Must be comfortable living in and maintaining boundaries within a professional household.
