Requirements
  • Currently completing a post-secondary education in computer science, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide internal support on the implementation of new systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, etc.) within the organization.
  • Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP's) for new systems and/or programming implementation.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, from users on Albarrie operating and software programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with several departments, to assist in troubleshooting of information gathering on process or programming changes.
  • Working with the ERP Systems Analyst, investigate and resolve issues with implementation process.
