ELC Solutions Inc. is building a candidate bank of motivated and customer-focused individuals interested in future opportunities as Call Centre Customer Service Representatives.

Potential Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer/vendor inquiries, bookings, negotiations, and authorizations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers/vendors by phone and email.
  • Address complaints with empathy and work toward effective solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Document interactions thoroughly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Work flexible shifts between 7 am – 10 pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of the insurance/repair industry is an asset.
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Typing speed 50WPM
