Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Inbound Call Centre to join our client.

Contract Dates: 4 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $27 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

- The actual mailing of the tax slips must be done at the office location.
- Looking at 5x a week going into the office and may change based on volume of request.
- Must meet SLAs and think quickly on their feet.
- Accuracy is very important. Investigation is very important.
- Assist with tax inquiries from front office partners and clients
- Issue slips based on book of records you oversee
- Book of records may not be accurate so the individual will be amending or issuing slips, attention to detail and accuracy is very important in this role.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Time management skills
- MS office (basic excel) (ex. using stats, calculations)
- Works well under stress and tight deadlines in fast paced environment
- Call center experience 1+ years
- Exceptional Customer service skills (3+ years experience)

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
