We are seeking a Roofing Estimator to play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive bids for upcoming roofing projects. What You'll Do

  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects

  • Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to assess project scope and requirements

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing and availability

  • Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and the estimating team to ensure consistency and alignment with project goals

  • Track and manage changes to project scope, ensuring estimates reflect current project realities

  • Assist with post-bid reviews and participate in project handoffs to operations

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of experience in roofing estimating or a similar construction-related role

  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction processes

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

  • Experience with estimating software is an asset (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)

  • Valid driver's license
