**Roofing Estimator**

Location: Head Office - 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1

**Job Type**: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday

Reports To: Roofing Estimating Manager

We are seeking a Roofing Estimator to play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive bids for upcoming roofing projects. **What**You’ll** Do**
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary data to assess project scope and requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing and availability
- Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals
- Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and the estimating team to ensure consistency and alignment with project goals
- Track and manage changes to project scope, ensuring estimates reflect current project realities
- Assist with post-bid reviews and participate in project handoffs to operations

**What You Bring to the Team**
- 3+ years of experience in roofing estimating or a similar construction-related role
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction processes
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Experience with estimating software is an asset (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)
- Valid driver's license
