What You'll Do
People & Culture
- Build and support a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and retention.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel supported, valued, and accountable.
Financial & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth while managing production hours, reducing COGS, and maintaining healthy margins.
- Ensure payables, financial partnerships, and cost controls are managed responsibly.
Operations
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and production metrics to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service quality remains consistent.
Leadership & Strategy
- Partner with the owner on strategy, planning, and business priorities.
- Lead management meetings and mentor supervisors to strengthen leadership at all levels.
- Represent the company at industry events, strengthen client relationships, and support business development efforts.
