Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Meadowvale Honda, located in Mississauga, ON. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in vehicle leasing and purchasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships to support customer retention. Key responsibilities include explaining lease terms, managing lease administration, and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and returning customers. The consultant will work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lease administration and understanding of lease agreements
  • Strong customer service and resident retention skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities for effectively interacting with customers and team members
  • Experience in automotive sales or leasing is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals
  • Knowledge of Honda products and services is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a bonus
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
