Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retention and Leasing Consultant at Meadowvale Honda, located in Mississauga, ON. The Retention and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing lease renewals, assisting in lease administration, and supporting resident retention efforts through exemplary customer service. The role also involves providing detailed information to clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and acting as a liaison to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications

  • Experience with leasing processes, including Leases and Lease Administration
  • Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and familiarity with automotive leasing processes is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the automotive or leasing industry, is a plus
