Sustainability Programs Specialist

The Sustainability Programs Specialist is responsible for driving the optimization and implementation of global financial tools and processes across the organization. This role ensures efficiency, standardization, and consistency in financial operations worldwide, supporting the company's global financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and implement advanced tools to improve data quality, reduce operational costs, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Oversee teams responsible for developing and maintaining financial systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to best practices across business units.
- Plan, prioritize, and direct work to achieve operational objectives and long-term strategies in financial process management.
- Set overall work direction for a team, aligning with internal policies and organizational goals.
- Make independent decisions regarding resources, approach, and tactical operations with moderate to significant impact on costs and objectives.
- Exercise judgment to resolve moderately complex issues requiring multi-faceted analysis and creative problem-solving.
- Address non-routine, complex challenges with initiative and innovation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills with experience guiding teams and driving results.
- Expertise in financial process optimization and global tool implementation.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
