• Support business development and sales, with a focus on the Americas, including supporting new or existing financial institution clients and opportunities, supporting proposal preparation and securing project work. The opportunities will be spread across various ESG topics but will primarily focus on E&S due diligence, E&S management systems, E&S performance monitoring and evaluation, and E&S reporting.
• Contribute to a high-performing team that works with a high degree of collaboration and takes pride in the level of service delivered to our clients. A highly positive, can-do attitude will help you thrive in this environment.

Here's what else you'll enjoy as part of our team:

• Full-time, permanent role with flexible scheduling available
• Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Qualifications
• Minimum 5-10 years' experience working with financial institutions on ESG, ideally with project experience in the Caribbean, Central and/or South America and other emerging markets
• Familiarity with international best practice ESG standards and benchmarks such as the IFC Performance Standards, WBG EHS Guidelines, and Equator Principles
• Familiarity with environmental, social and biodiversity matters to support and manage projects
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Portuguese is considered an asset
• Analytical skills to interpret technical E&S information to manage potential risks and opportunities, and to propose actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and foster collaborative relationships across international and multicultural settings
