Job Summary

As a Guest Services Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our hospitality team, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will lead a dynamic front desk team, oversee guest relations, and create unforgettable experiences that keep our guests coming back for more. Your expertise in hospitality management will shine as you coordinate operations, manage night audits, and enhance customer service standards across the board.

What you'll do

  • Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, and night audits to ensure smooth transitions for guests.
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette to assist guests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience in our hotel environment.
  • Utilize your multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and provide tailored assistance.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and hotel management to elevate team performance.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered from surveys and reviews.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations in a hotel setting is a plus.
  • Previous hotel experience that showcases your ability to manage guest relations effectively.
