We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the retail sector. Located in Guelph & Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, this role is pivotal in leading our sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring alignment with our company values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with upper management to align on business objectives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Responsible for opening and closing store procedure

  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail sales for 2 years or more
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail management systems and POS technology is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Be able to work on site at the store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
