Job Description

This position is a part time hourly supervisor position working at Erie Shores Healthcare in Leamington, ON. The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability and day to day operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs. The supervisor is responsible for the supervision of 20 unionized staff, scheduling, daily man power, ordering, and patient satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications
  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a hosptial
  • Must have valid drivers license and valid food handlers certificate
  • Must be flexible for scheduling
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must have diploma or certificate in Food Service Management (or equivalent)

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
