Empower Group of Holdings Canada Corp is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Supervisor - Retail to join our team in Welland, ON (L3B3K2). This is a full-time, permanent position offering $36.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, morning, overtime, and weekend shifts. The position requires on-site work, and remote work is not available.Applicants must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, andsales clerks.Assign duties to sales staff and oversee daily operations.Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring product availability.Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.Oversee office and volunteer staff, providing support and guidance asrequired.Sell merchandise and promote products to maximize sales performance.Key Qualifications:Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong oral and written communication abilities.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Reliability, initiative, and sound judgment in decision-making.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
