Growth & Conversion Lead (Early-Stage Tech Startup)

About the Role
We are building an early-stage interactive technology platform and are looking for a
Growth & Conversion Lead
to design and own the
entire customer acquisition and monetization system
from the ground up.
This role is not about social media posting or generic brand marketing. It is about
turning interest into users, and users into paying customers
through clear narrative, strong funnels, and constant iteration.
You will work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over how the product is positioned, launched, and scaled.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine the product's core narrative and messaging
- Design the full growth funnel:
- Awareness → Interest → Signup → Paid VIP
- Advise on or help structure a simple, conversion-focused landing experience
- Test and optimize acquisition channels (organic and/or paid)
- Analyze performance and improve conversion rates through iteration
- Help convert early traction into repeatable, scalable growth
What This Role Is NOT
- A content-posting or influencer role
- A brand-only or design-only role
- A passive execution role with no ownership
If you do not enjoy building systems, testing assumptions, and being accountable for results, this role is not a fit.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or conversion optimization
- Comfort working in early-stage environments with limited structure
- Strong understanding of funnels, user psychology, and metrics
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and learning
- Interest in upside, ownership, and long-term value creation
Startup, subscription, marketplace, or creator-economy experience is a strong plus.
Compensation & Structure
This is an early-stage role with:
- Lean initial compensation
- Performance-based upside tied to conversions or revenue
- Potential pathway to a longer-term leadership role as traction grows
