We're hiring Contact Center Agents to support inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions. Understand customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy. Identify sales opportunities and apply persuasive skills to upsell or upgrade services. Use internal systems to manage accounts and process customer requests. Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up. A customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
