Inventory & Warehouse Operations

· Lead all receiving, storage, and palletizing, activities for the Mississauga warehouse.

· Work with CSR Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reconciliation of discrepancies.

· Maximize space utilization, and support smooth operational flow.

· Implement and update WMS records following all inbound and outbound activities

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

  • Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, racking, and facility infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure all material handling equipment is safe, functional, certified, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Health & Safety Leadership

· Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, WSIB requirements, and internal policies.

· Model, promote, and enforce safe work practices across all warehouse operations.

· Actively participate in JHSC meetings and support ongoing safety improvements throughout the facility.

Leadership

· Supervise warehouse staff and temporary workers, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, onboarding, and training.

· Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

· Administer HR policies related to hiring, coaching, discipline, and performance evaluations.

· Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to long-term succession planning within the warehouse team.

· Ensure all warehouse activities comply with CBSA standards, Bonded Warehouse requirements.

Qualifications & Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or freight-forwarding environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • 3+ years of experience in Forklift (Counterbalance)
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Smart Sheet).
  • Demonstrated success in implementing warehouse process improvements, workflow redesign, or system upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of CBSA regulations, Bonded Warehouse compliance, and general transportation/3PL requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per month
