For our national subsidiary located in Missisauga, Canada, we’re seeking someone who wants to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of new challenges and tasks

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage the picking, staging, and shipping operations
- Oversee warehouse associates to meet operational needs
- Comfortable off-loading incoming parcels, inspecting received goods, and positioning them thoughtfully in the Sorting Center depending on bundling. Must be comfortable using a pallet jack. Fork-lift license is not required but is an asset.
- Sort parcels.
- Scan and label parcels.
- Coordinate pick-up appointments with transportation providers
- Oversee and be accountable for shipping/outbound KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with the Accounts and Support functions to report on key issues as they relate to the position
- Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation/guidelines for self and staff at all times and carry out internal health and safety audits as and when requested
- Ensure adherence to Health Canada and GAP guidelines
- Provide warehouse management with end of day/shift handover information.
- Execute any other duties as and when identified
- Take ownership of the duties and take on other administrative duties and daily operations tasks that may be required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commute to the Warehouse located in Mississauga

**Who you are**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of operations or logistics experience, ideally in a shipping/receiving capacity
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team-oriented workforce
- A working understanding of warehouse management systems
- Proven experience managing personnel to meet operational objectives
- Strong at multitasking and task delegation
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to perform data analysis and reporting using Excel

Salary Range: $18-$21/Hour

**Salary**: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
