Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching individuals how to drive safely and effectively, ensuring they understand the rules of the road and can operate a vehicle confidently. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching. The Driving Instructor will conduct both classroom sessions and behind-the-wheel training, fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive driving instruction to students in both classroom settings and on-the-road training.
  • Develop lesson plans that cover essential driving skills, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving abilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in traffic laws and best practices in driver education.

Experience

  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred, with a focus on driving instruction being a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Certification as a driving instructor or completion of an accredited driver education program is highly desirable. Join us in shaping the next generation of safe drivers
