Summary

Physio Pros is seeking a Product Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in managing our medical devices or products and ensuring seamless integration with our clinical services. This job is mainly a remote position, however some on-site visits may be required.

Responsibilities

  • creation and submission of insurance related form associated with medical devices
  • coordinating with medical doctors in acquiring prescriptions
  • coordinating with insurance companies in regards to coverage details
  • ordering products through different suppliers
  • coordinating with therapists about dispense instructions
  • Initiating a sales process about a medical device is recommended by a therapist
  • following up on estimates sent to insurance companies
  • setting up dispense appointments
  • processing replacement orders from previous years

Skills Required

  • solid administrative skills
  • good communication skills on the phone and via text/email
  • staying organized with the right resources available
  • confidence in sales techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
  • strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
