Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Support team members in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
  • Ability to demonstrate products effectively through product demos and technical explanations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
  • Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
  • Proven ability to upsell products and enhance customer experience through effective communication
  • Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining independence when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
