Office/Sales Administrator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Maintain office supplies inventory
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
**Skills:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Driving license (G2/G)
Sales experience preferred (trucking/trailer industry is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with phone systems and customer support
Knowledge of sales procedures is a plus
Ability to perform basic proofreading tasks
Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
