Engagement-Focused Social Media Manager (Freelance)

We're searching for a dynamic freelance Social Media Manager to help us optimize content for our clients.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work remotely on your own schedule
- Have a part-time, contract-based freelance position
- Utilize your writing and design skills to create engaging social media posts
- Earn a stable income as you manage an increasing number of clients
- MixBloom is a social media management service designed for agencies and small businesses. We help our clients build their brand, grow their social media presence, drive traffic to their offers, and reach new customers. We accomplish this by providing businesses with a unique voice on social media through carefully crafted content.

Our white-label social media scheduling platform enables content scheduling, approvals, and feedback.

**What will you be doing?**

As an Engagement-Focused Social Media Manager, you'll combine marketing, writing, and design skills to understand our clients' businesses and create a unique, authentic voice and identity on social media.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building relationships with customers (brands and agencies), understanding their clients' brand and voice, and generating relevant ideas for content creation and curation
- Creating original content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google My Business, combining your writing with visual content you create or source for our clients (usually original graphics created in Canva)
- Scheduling content using our social media tool and communicating with clients to review and approve content
- Making changes and corrections based on client feedback, refining content as needed
- Actively monitoring engagement and performance metrics, adjusting content strategy accordingly to ensure optimal results
- Our MixBloom platform is designed to streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus on understanding a brand and creating engaging social media content.

**Payments**

This is a freelance position, not employment. You'll work on your own schedule, at any time of the day, for as long as you need.

Compensation is based on the number of brands you manage, typically ranging between $1,000 and $3,000 per month for up to 30 brands, with a minimum of 10 brands managed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $1,500.00-$3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
