We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will assist the Production Team in coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, preparing project estimates, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

· Prepare and review project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.

· Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

· Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

· Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and expectations.

· Assist in risk identification and resolution, escalating issues to the Production Team as needed.

· Support procurement and resource allocation activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, TEAMs)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
