The Role
Traugott Building Contractors Inc. is seeking an experienced and seasoned Construction ICI Project Manager to join our Eastern Division and oversee full-cycle projects across the GTA—including long-term care, residential, institutional, and commercial builds.

In this role, you will lead impactful projects from pre-construction through occupancy, working alongside high-performing teams to shape communities and drive project excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources from pre-construction to occupancy.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Implement and oversee cost control measures, change management processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with Ontario Building Code, OHSA, and Traugott's internal quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and support staff; foster accountability and strong performance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to process improvements, strategic initiatives, and continuous development within the Eastern Division.

The Person
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in ICI, LTC, residential, or institutional construction.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario construction legislation, codes, building standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
