Position Summary

Jroberts Defence is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Service Administrator to support the effective execution of repair and in-service support operations. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong administrative and coordination skills who can ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, documented, and executed in alignment with quality, schedule, and regulatory expectations.

The Quality Service Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting work order execution, monitoring repair progress, and ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the repair lifecycle. This position works closely with technicians, project management, quality assurance, supply chain, and sales teams to support a transparent, efficient, and customer-focused workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer in-service support requirements and respond to inquiries
  • Create, maintain, and track work orders and related documentation
  • Translate customer and contractual requirements into clear work instructions
  • Monitor repair status and coordinate internally to resolve schedule or quality issues
  • Prepare and control service, shipping, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and compliance
  • Support material availability by coordinating with supply chain and vendors
  • Maintain work-in-process data and generate status and performance reports
  • Participate in production and quality meetings and follow up on action items
  • Maintain and support for quality processes (audits, non-conformances, corrective actions)
  • Ensuring repairs meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards
  • Interface with Quality Assurance for documentation review

Requirements Education & Experience

  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or repair environment
  • Proven experience managing work orders, schedules, and reporting within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience in-service support is an asset
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to maintaining process continuity and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
