The Sr VP, Head of iA Dealer Services is a pivotal leadership role responsible for steering the future growth and ongoing success of iA Dealer Services on a national scale. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background within the automotive sector, demonstrating significant expertise in both the insurance and financial industries (F&I).

As Sr VP, Head of iA Dealer Services, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving iA Dealer Services' strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering both exceptional client and employee experiences. Reporting Structure

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Canadian Operations, the Head of iA Dealer Services and iA Auto Finance is responsible for the overall leadership and management of both iA Dealer Services and iA Auto Finance, as well as their associated subsidiaries. This role provides strategic direction and operational guidance to the organization's senior leadership team, including Distribution and Sales, Strategy and Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Finance—to ensure all areas are aligned with company goals. The Head supports a unified leadership approach that fosters effective decision-making and drives growth across iA Dealer Services and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, enforce, support and monitor strategic plans designed to enhance profitability and stimulate growth across all business sectors (Dealer Services, iA auto Finance and our subsidiaries) to drive the company's financial success and market expansion.

  • Drive F&I innovation and enhance performance for dealers, dealer groups, and OEM clients by implementing forward-thinking solutions and industry best practices nationwide

  • Maintain and develop business partnerships focused on fostering sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships

  • Enhance operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and improving overall client experience through a significant transformation program

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical business practices are upheld across the organization.

  • Motivate and empower leaders and employees to embrace innovation and adapt collectively, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace where collaboration thrives.

  • Foster talent development and succession planning.

  • Serve as a facilitator for organizational change and support company culture initiatives.

  • Collaborate, share thought, ideas and knowledge with our US dealership services division

  • Apply strategic leadership skills within the F&I industry, drawing on deep experience in Dealer Services and a strong management background from the insurance sector.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Minimum of 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in the insurance, financial services, and/or automotive (F&I) industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions

  • Demonstrated proficiency with current technologies, Data & Analytics, AI, and a strong aptitude for embracing emerging digital tools and innovations to drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Proven experience leading organizational transformation through substantial changes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in French is advantageous
