Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Commission Only – Contractor)

Overview

Group Fit is a Canadian platform where customers can book in-person training sessions with certified coaches. We're hiring commission-only Field Sales Representatives to bring in new customers and help them complete their first paid booking.

Compensation (No salary / no fixed pay)

You are paid based on results:

  • $50 for each new customer who completes their 1st paid session
  • +$100 when that same customer completes 4 paid sessions within 60 days
  • +$25 bonus when 3 different customers complete their 1st paid session in the same week

Payments are processed weekly (Interac e-Transfer).

What you'll do

  • Prospect locally (in person) and online: individuals, community groups, clubs, workplaces, etc.
  • Explain Group Fit and help customers sign up correctly using your referral code
  • Follow up to convert the free first session into paid bookings
  • Log each referral (name, email, phone) in a simple tracking sheet

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with people and doing consistent follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and organized (this is 100% performance-based)
  • Based in Canada
  • Sales, outreach, or community networking experience is an asset (not required)
