Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) / Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This position involves working closely with children to support their development, learning, and overall well-being. The ECE/ECEA will implement educational activities, promote social skills, and ensure a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.
  • Provide individualized support to children with working persons disabilities, ensuring their needs are met within the classroom setting.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers to support the educational journey.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.

Experience

  • Previous experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners.
  • Experience working with children of various abilities, including those with disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young children is essential.
