Title: Reconciliation Specialist

Duration: 4 Months

Location: MISSISSAUGA, ON (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Details:

Must-have Skills:

3+ years of experience preparing reconciliations.

3+ years in an accounting or similar role.

Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree, or professional designations such as MBA, CA, CFA.

Advanced working knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to perform holistic reconciliations, clean data, and propose changes.

Capability to identify or investigate mismatches.

Self-starter with strong initiative.

This mandate will benefit from the analytical and financial reporting understanding and skills commonly associated with accounting designations

Willingness to collaborate and build strong relationships across business functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to collaborate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Skills

Knowledge of Tableau.

Familiarity with insurance products and operations, and an interest in developing this knowledge further.
