Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Assistant /medical receptionist to join our team. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the laboratory operations and ensuring accurate and timely test results. Responsibilities:

- Collect and prepare patient specimens for testing, including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids

- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a sterile and safe working environment

- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory /clinic

Experience:

- Prior experience working in a laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures

- Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
